We cultivate personalities capable of expressing themselves directly through gesture. We observe how our articulate and muscular intelligences guide us through the layers of real imagination.<\/p><p>This training takes place on the ground, in the void, and even with feet against the wall. It evolves gradually, adapting to change with keen insight. It can be solitary or collective, silent or resonant.<\/p><p>It instills a deep longing for the warmth of the belly and the coolness of the forehead.<\/p><p>This practice occurs just a few meters above the ground.
