7 Arie debuts in Romania
7 Arie will make its debut in Romania.
On August 1st, the event will take place in Bucharest at WASP – Working Art Space and Production, an independent art space known for its dedication to promoting innovative artistic projects.
On August 3rd, 7 Arie will move to Sibiu, performing at the prestigious Brukenthal National Museum, the main art museum in the city.
At the core of 7 Arie is the urgency to explore and inhabit the concept of the boundary, perceived not only as a limit but as a place of encounter and sharing.
The term “boundary,” often associated with division and conflict, is reinterpreted as “cum-finis,” meaning a meeting point and liberation.
The performance is constructed on a raised platform 9 meters long, a true boundary space where the performers can inhabit and discuss the concept of the boundary.
This environment represents fertile ground for encountering differences, moving identities, and nurturing new potentialities. Through a sequence of dynamic and emotional drawings, the performance metaphorically conveys the necessity to reinterpret walls and conflicts with listening, curiosity, and freedom.
The musical composition is designed to interact strongly with the performers, favoring a dialogue with the choral body that enriches the sensory experience of the show.
The performance invites the audience to reflect on the concept of “boundary,” a place where we can find ourselves face to face, recognizing and embracing our differences.
