VERTICAL DANCE COURSE

EVERY TUESDAY FROM 19:30 TO 21:30 FROM 9 APRIL TO 25 JUNE 2024

 

***12 sessions of two hours each***

 

We train our bodies to experience the ecstasy of overturning, grasping its revelations of stability. We cultivate personalities capable of expressing themselves directly through gesture. We observe how our articulate and muscular intelligences guide us through the layers of real imagination.

This training takes place on the ground, in the void, and even with feet against the wall. It evolves gradually, adapting to change with keen insight. It can be solitary or collective, silent or resonant.

It instills a deep longing for the warmth of the belly and the coolness of the forehead.

This practice occurs just a few meters above the ground. The workshop welcomes individuals accustomed to movement, regardless of their experience with vertical dance.

The work rhythm is divided into 12 lessons

APRIL: on Tuesdays 9_16_23_30

MAY: on Tuesdays 7_14_21_28

JUNE: on Tuesdays 4_11_18_25

Costs

225€ | For non-members

210€ for those already registered with the Vertical Waves Project ASD in 2024.

A medical certificate of non-competitive sports fitness will be required for participation.
