The proposal targets individuals accustomed to both physical and mental movement, those who embrace opportunities to explore new territories with enthusiasm and courage, including those who have little to no experience in vertical dance.

Immersing oneself in an unfamiliar practice evokes the sensation of taking a leap into the unknown, stepping into uncharted territory with vulnerability and adaptability, often accompanied by a mesmerizing glint in the eyes.

Curiosities provide immediate tools for the body to study, gently and precisely guiding us towards new perceptions of our muscles and skeleton.

The workshop is designed to cultivate the keenest attention to researching and revitalizing one’s motor vocabulary on the ground, enabling participants to later transfer their interpretations of light, fluid movements onto a vertical wall while harnessed.

The void can become a trusted ally, transforming into a realm of masterful dreams.

Practice occurs just a few meters above the ground, preceding the vertical experience with thorough ground preparation.
